- American Odds
- Odds expressed as a positive or negative number; positive shows profit on a $100 bet, negative shows amount needed to win $100.
- Asian Handicap
- A handicap that eliminates the draw outcome, using whole, half, or quarter goal lines.
- Bankroll
- The total amount of money set aside for betting, separate from everyday finances.
- Bet Builder
- A feature allowing you to combine multiple outcomes from the same match into a single custom wager.
- Cash Out
- The option to settle a bet before the event ends, locking in a profit or limiting a loss.
- Decimal Odds
- A way to express odds as a single number; multiply your stake by this number to calculate total payout.
- Draw No Bet
- A bet that refunds your stake if the match ends in a draw, leaving only a win for either side.
- Fractional Odds
- Odds shown as a fraction; the numerator shows profit relative to the denominator stake.
- Futures Bet
- A wager placed on the outcome of a tournament or award, often weeks or months before the event.
- Half-Time/Full-Time
- A bet that predicts both the halftime result and the final result of a match.
- Hedge
- Placing a second bet on the opposite outcome to guarantee a profit or reduce risk after an original bet.
- Juice (Vig)
- The commission charged by the bookmaker, built into the odds so the sportsbook makes a profit.
- Live Betting
- Placing bets while a match is in progress, with odds that update as the game unfolds.
- Maximum Bet (Max Stake)
- The highest amount a sportsbook will accept on a particular market.
- Minimum Odds
- The lowest odds allowed for a bet to count toward meeting wagering requirements or promotions.
- Moneyline

- Over/Under
